Demolition Remove of existing Plant, Install Temporary Weathering, Strip Roof Covering, Remove Roof Structure, Demolish Walls, Remove Floor Slab, Grub up Foundations, Substructure, Excavate to reduced level , install Foundations, Internal drainage, Floor Build Up, Pour Floor Slab, Superstructure, Erect Steel Frame, Install Joisting ,Roof Deck, Roof Finishes, External Blockwork, External Plastering, Install external doors and glazing, Internal joinery , staircases,  fit out of kitchen, toilets, painting internally Mechanical and electrical upgrade
