Construction of 40 number housing units Nearly Zero Energy Building Standard (A2 BER Rating)

Scope of works include provision of 40no residential units

• Type 2 -17 no. 3-bed units – these are family type accommodation with 2 beds on upper floor. Can be adapted at a later date with a stairlift for tenants who have difficulty accessing upstairs bedroom.
• Type 3-2 no. 4 bed units with downstairs bedroom and an accessible bathroom on the ground floor .
• Type 4 2 no. 2-bed units – (specially adapted).Bungalows
• Type 5 One 4 bed bungalow.
• Type 6 – 3 No 3 bedroom Units of these with ground floor bedroom and an accessible bathroom on the ground floor.( Giving total of 20 3 Bed Units.)
• Type 7 – 2 no 2 bedroom bungalows standard areas ( To replace 2 bed houses and avoid overlooking into rear gardens ).
